At Virgin Active, we use the basic principles of combat to create fun, fast-paced classes to KO calories, build stamina and endurance and allow you to blow off some steam. Classes will help you find the perfect stance to enable you to move smoothly and quickly, work on feet positioning and you’ll be using punching bags, fitness touch gloves and skipping ropes and doing some shadow boxing while working on those hooks and uppercuts. Our classes are set to great music and deliver a total body workout.
Kick is a choreographed workout that focusses on technique to improves core stability, strength and cardio fitness.
Rumble is where fun and fitness high five each other in the face. Expect to sweat in this energising, zero-contact group class where pillar bag boxing, skipping, core and partner work are the focus.
