Our expert in-club and online Personal Trainers are all highly qualified and specialise in various fields from weight loss, muscle gain, functional fitness, and sport-specific training.
Improve your technique, prepare for an event, or just reap the full physical rewards of swimming as exercise. You can work with a team or go solo while working on a personalised development plan with your Swim Coach.
Physiotherapists assess, treat, and prevent movement disorders and help restore normal function or minimise dysfunction and pain. Physios can assist with the rehabilitation of sports injuries, postural assessments, soft tissue mobilisation, respiratory conditions and muscle activation.
Experts in the rehabilitation of orthopaedic injuries and chronic or neurological conditions, Biokineticists use exercises to improve general wellness and quality of life. They can also conduct both the Discovery Vitality and Momentum Fitness Assessments.
Our Expert services are available at an additional cost.
