The Virgin Active gym in Wembley Square is a favourite amongst those living, working, and studying in and around the Cape Town CBD. Easy parking, convenient access and the breadth of facilities on offer make it a great choice for anyone looking for a gym.

The Club-V at Wembley is a hit for parents looking for a children’s gym. Kids between the ages of 6 weeks and seven years will be cared for and coached as they move in their fun ways while parents get the time they need to fill their cups.

The impressive 25m 4-lane lap pool sits at the heart of this gym in the Cape Town CBD, and the sauna and steam rooms are a firm favourite after training treat.
