Kels is one of our online instructors and is well-versed in HIIT, spinning, step and tone and strength building. She’s a Western Province Bodybuilding Athlete and she’s here to keep your summer training on track with her 10 20 minute bang-for-buck workout sessions.
All you need is 20(ish) minutes for these workouts. They are the perfect routine for when you’re at the club and have nothing specific planned and can be completed on the gym floor with little more than some dumbbells, a mat and your own body weight. They’re also a great complement to a cardio workout so finish of your run or ride with one of these sessions. Kels guides you through the warm up, the cool down and the main body of the workout and keeps you motivated throughout.
