Club Games 2025 is an individual fitness challenge made up of 8 movements. Each movement has a 5-minute time cap for you to complete the prescribed reps or calories. You’ll get a 1-minute transition break between each station. Finish all 8, and you’ve completed the Club Games!

Yes! CLUB GAMES SIM classes run every Saturday from 12 July to 9 August at participating clubs, during usual morning class times.
Both! It’s designed to test your fitness, grit, and strategy – but it’s also about community and challenging yourself. Everyone who completes the event gets an exclusive medal and goodie bag, regardless of your finish time.
Nope! This event is open to both members and non-members. Bring your mates, training partners, or co-workers – all are welcome.

The full event runs just over 45 minutes (8 x 5-minute workouts + 1-minute rest between each). Get in, push hard, and earn every second.
Scan the QR code on Club Games posters in the gym or on digital displays to access the sign-up form. Ask at reception, ask your GRID/S&C coach – Spots are limited – first come, first serve.
Volunteer judges will score based on total reps or calories achieved in each 5-minute station. Each participant is monitored by a judge or shared judge team.
Yes – clubs need 13 volunteers per heat to assist with judging and logistics. Ask your club’s athletic lead for more info.
