Dance is a series of workouts that have been designed to offer effective workouts while having fun with a group of people who are there for the same reason you are... to shake it off! Whether you're into Zumba or Barre, there is a huge variety of classes on offer. The routines are simple and progress as you progress. Classes feature elements of dance with toys like drumsticks, resistance bands, steps and more to give you a great total body workout that will have you smiling from start to finish.


Zumba is an exercise programme created by a Colombian dancer and choreographer that has taken the world by storm. It’s got people shaking it off around the globe and it’s one of our most popular classes. Have you tried it yet?


If you’re looking for a good cardio session, but are getting a bit bored of hitting the treadmill, try a Step class. Use the power of gravity and your bodyweight to step yourself stronger, fitter and firmer.


Shape is all about body conditioning using a variety of equipment like dumbbells, Bosu balance trainers and weight bars in the studio. Train your chest, back, shoulders, legs, arms and core in a high intensity workout that combines strength and cardio training.

Just Dance

Just Dance is a fun, fast-paced workout that will leave you feeling great. Our Instructors will guide you through the routines as you work on fitness, strength, stamina, endurance and body conditioning. All to a great soundtrack.


Pound is an amazing high intensity total body workout that feels more like a jam session than exercise. Classes fuse functional movements and cardio activities with lightly weighted Ripstix (drumsticks) for maximum calorie burn.
