GRID classes offer a unique combination of high intensity interval training, functional fitness and mobility. Shorter, more intense workout that burns a lot of calories.


Whether you join a class or go for a few rounds on the gym floor, a Virgin Active Boxing session is an awesome way to have fun, get fit, burn calories and melt tension. No experience needed – just guts. Get a clean hit by bringing your own gloves.


Cycle classes take outdoor cycling principles and present them in an indoor studio. Let the music set the pace as you boost your fitness levels with time in the saddle.


Pilates combines low-impact flexibility and muscular strength with endurance movements. It’s an excellent workout for those focusing on core strength, stability and postural alignment.
