Master your marathon training. He’s here to share some information about strength training and why it is invaluable for marathon or race preparation.

Strength training is vital for injury prevention and improved performance.

Ross is giving you 7 exercises and each of those 7 are broken down into the easier and the more challenging version so you can progress as you move along.

Designed to use minimum equipment and time, these 7 exercises will certainly help your training. Integrate them into your warmup to maximise your training time.
TIP: Focus on control and technique rather than repetitions.
