Terms and Conditions: Free freezings effective from 18 March 2020
- • The onus is on the member to request the freezing via the Virgin Active Contact Centre on 0860 200 911
- • 1 calendar months freezing allowed at a time therefore from the first day of the month to the last day of the same month.
- • No freeze fee will be charged.
- • Once the national state of disaster status changes the membership will automatically revert back to active status and a pro-rata debit order for the fees covering the remaining days in the month will be run.
