Terms and Conditions: Virgin Active Discovery Vitality Legacy Rejoiners Offer
- 1. This rejoin offer is applicable only to Discovery Vitality legacy members. These are members who joined Virgin Active via Vitality prior to January 2010 and whose membership was cancelled due to underutilization (as the result of the member not meeting the access visit requirements as per the rules of the Discovery Vitality programme).
- 2. If the member rejoins Virgin Active before the end of the month following the month in which the cancellation of their Discovery Vitality legacy membership took place, then they qualify for a waiver of the once off activation fee and access card fee normally applicable at point of sale for Discovery Vitality members.
- 3. This offer can only be taken up via the Virgin Active Head Office Contact Centre (Calling 0860 668 372 or emailing reactivate@virginactive.co.za.)
- 4. The initial monthly Virgin Active membership fee debit order will be charged at the low usage rate (50% discount) until the member has had a chance to catch up their visits to meet the requirement of 36 visits in the last 12 month rolling period. Once this has been achieved the monthly rate will be adjusted to apply the higher discount if applicable (dependent on the members Discovery Vitality role type and the Virgin Active membership type).
- 5. Membership fees will be subject to an increase on 1 January of every year.
