New to the treadmill? Does the thought of running frighten you? Not sure how to use the treadmill for anything other than warming up or cooling down? You are not alone!
We’ve developed this easy-to-follow programme which will take you from Treadmill N00b to confident runner in 5 weeks. By the end of the programme, you should be able to get an easy 2K on the clock – from there you’ll only go up. Our goal is to get you comfortably running 2kms by the end of the programme.
