The Circuit - Seated Calf Raise Machine

Start
Select a desired weight from the weight stack. Sit comfortably on the seat with your feet level, and place the pads on top of your thighs. The pads can be adjusted for comfort.

Finish
Raise your feet so that your heel is fully raised.
