- Running: Running burns calories whilst helping to sculpt your butt. Add a few hills and you maximise your workout – and your results. So jump on a treadmill and increase that incline!
- Cycling: Cycling is a great way to tone your butt, and it gives you a great cardio workout at the same time. Make use of our gyms’ stationary bicycles, or better yet, head to an indoor cycling class for a high-energy spinning workout to suit any fitness level.
