Jenny Rissveds Still Dominates The Virgin Active Mixed Jersey Race
Thursday’s transition stage was a rough, tough 112km slog from Elandskloof Farm near Greyton to Oak Valley in Elgin.

Another South African pairing, Corrie Muller and Mari Rabi, rounded out the podium on Day 5. </div><div><br></div><div>In terms of the overall Mixed Jersey standings, Rissveds and Frischknecht still lead by 24 minutes over McDougall and Usher, with Catherine Williamson and Johan Labuschagne holding onto their third place overall.</div><div><br></div><div>The Epic will now be based in Oak Valley (often voted ‘best race village’ at the Epic) for the next three nights, giving riders a comfortable, tree-lined base from which to explore the unrivalled network of trails that Elgin/Grabouw offers. Virgin Active is also offering group exercise classes at Oak Valley on Friday and Saturday morning, so be sure to join us.</div><div><br></div><div> Don't forget to check out our daily updates on our <a href="https://www.instagram.com/virginactivesa/">Instagram page</a></div><div><br></div></div>
